Buenos Aires, 26th November, 2009 – Competir, the Argentinian company expert on innovative solutions for knowledge generation, management and capitalization through new technologies, has again been provided by CESSI (in its Spanish acronym for Software and Computer Science Services Chamber of the Argentine Republic) with the Sadosky Award to the Argentinian Intelligence.
On this ocassion, Competir’s founder and CEO, Teacher Pablo Aristizabal, has been given the statuette corresponding to the Computer Enterprising category, which stands out his career and his entrepreneur initiative as significant and innovative for the industry.
“Personally, this is a very special award, I am honoured to have created the chair Enterprising21 in the Economics Science at UBA (University of Buenos Aires) pursuing the cause to promote an enterprising culture encouraging students to make things happen in an innovative way. An enterprising is the character of the making, not of the seeming, to a certain extent we are all enterprisings. Entrepreneur is an art, company a technique” Pablo Aristizabal said.
“A businessman is a necessary but not enough condition, an enterprising spirit is necessary to make a change, enterprising is creating and human beings develop and make creating” Aristizabal concluded.
This recognition is added to the company’s recent award for its development Aula1a1®www.aula1a1.com which was distinguished last 11th November by CIHCE’s authorities (in its Spanish acronym for Latin America Council in Honor to the Educational Quality), for its high innovation grade to gradually incorporate technology to the classroom, dynamizing the relationship between teachers and students to favour cooperative learning in one-to-one initiatives.
